Enjoy a morning by the river with fresh air and yoga to start your weekend refreshed through stretching, breathing, and nature. Sometimes you can even catch a glimpse of the local bald eagles that nest nearby!
Practice is 1 hour.
Only a few mats are available to borrow. If possible bring your own mat.
Buying more than one class at a time will give a 20% discount, making each class $12.

Yoga to Soothe Anxiety
Research continues to reveal that yoga can be an effective means to relieve anxiety. On the second Sunday of every month, join Sara Kear, to become familiar with tools to soothe your anxious mind and relieve stress. Leave class with a feeling of calm and the knowledge of how to bring that feeling into your daily life.
Candles and Yoga
Start the morning by making a candle infused with your favorite scents picked from RiverFront’s large selection of scent options. Once the candles are poured, roll out a mat to enjoy a rejuvenating 60 minute yoga class. Mats provided. All levels welcome.
Fascia Release Workshop
Fascia is connective tissue that weaves throughout your entire body. It can contribute to sensations of tightness and discomfort. In this workshop you will use massage balls integrated with simple yoga poses to release these tight spots and bring more ease and mobility into your life.
