Riverside Park Yoga

Calm the mind and body through gentle poses supported by various props such as bolsters, blankets and blocks. Make space for your mind to quiet and enjoy better sleep.
Sunday 10:15 – 11:15 am
Works on increasing flexibility, building strength, relieving tight muscles, and promoting relaxation. Half of the class consists of a light warm-up and standing/balancing poses to build strength. The other half of class includes restorative poses to focus on deep stretching and relaxation.

Slow Flow Yoga

Practice being present in the current moment as you enjoy a slower paced flow, taking time to notice how your body, mind, and breath settle into each pose. Many options are given for the poses so you can experiment and find what works best for you in any given moment. This extra mindfulness creates a space where you can feel calm even amidst challenging postures. Leave feeling stretched, stronger, and refreshed for whatever comes next.
