Enjoy a flowing class to stretch, strengthen and nurture your body, mind and heart. Begin with asana, the physical practice of yoga, to warm up your body and release any aches in your body. Continue with breathing practice to settle and calm your mind. End with a short meditation to bring focus and clarity to your heart. And finally, of course, a truly relaxing savasana. Leave class ready to continue your day with a renewed sense of calm.

Take a moment in the middle of your day to move and breathe! Research indicates that exercising in the middle of your workday will make you less likely to feel tired later in the day. Come enjoy a half hour of yoga and center yourself with your breath to refocus and break though the late afternoon slump.
