Yoga Flow and Breath

Wednesday 9:00 – 10:00 am

Enjoy a flowing class to stretch, strengthen and nurture your body, mind and heart. Begin with asana, the physical practice of yoga, to warm up your body and release any aches in your body. Continue with breathing practice to settle and calm your mind. End with a short meditation to bring focus and clarity to your heart. And finally, of course, a truly relaxing savasana. Restorative Yoga

Wednesday 7:30 – 8:30 pm

Restorative yoga focuses on calming the mind and body through gentle poses supported by various props such as bolsters, blankets and blocks. You stay in these comfortable poses for several minutes each and let your body release tension as you focus on your breath. This yoga practice opens a space for your mind to quiet and your body to relax in the midst your busy life. All levels welcome. Walk-ins welcome. Sign up

Beginner Yoga

Friday 5:30 – 6:30 pm

Transition from your work week to the weekend with this wonderful yoga class where you will enjoy movement and breath with cues for proper alignment to get the most out of your practice. Gentle Flow

Monday 7:15 – 8:15 pm

Works on increasing flexibility, building strength, relieving tight muscles, and promoting relaxation. Half of the class consists of a light warm-up and standing/balancing poses to build strength. The other half of class includes restorative poses to focus on deep stretching and relaxation. All levels welcome. Walk-ins welcome. Sign up

Movement and Mediation

Tuesday 10:15 – 11:15 pm

Be guided to create a self-led practice incorporating gentle movement, balances and deep stretches. Meditate in our yoga hammocks for the final 20 minutes of class.  All levels welcome. Walk-ins welcome. Sign up

Basic Flow

Thursday 9:00 – 10:15 am

A basic approach to a flow class with slower movements and basic alignment tips to help you understand the principles and techniques of flow yoga. All levels welcome. Walk-ins welcome. Sign up
