COVID-19 Class Changes
All in person classes are canceled while we all work to keep the virus at a manageable level in our communities through social distancing. Flatten the curve! Friday 5:30 – 6:30 pm
The perfect way to transition into the weekend! Enjoy movement and breath with cues for proper alignment to get the most out of your practice.
Wednesday 9:00 – 10:00 am
This is a playful intermediate yoga class to challenge yourself with fun poses and flows. Finish feeling gently energized for the rest of your day!
Wednesday 7:30 – 8:30 pm
Calm the mind and body through gentle poses supported by various props such as bolsters, blankets and blocks. Make space for your mind to quiet and enjoy better sleep.
Monday 7:15 – 8:15 pm
Sunday 9:00 – 10:00 am
Works on increasing flexibility, building strength, relieving tight muscles, and promoting relaxation. Half of the class consists of a light warm-up and standing/balancing poses to build strength. The other half of class includes restorative poses to focus on deep stretching and relaxation.
Movement + Meditation
Tuesday 10:15 – 11:15 pm
Be guided to create a self-led practice incorporating gentle movement, balances and deep stretches. Meditate in our yoga hammocks for the final 20 minutes of class.
Thursday 9:00 – 10:15 am
A basic approach to a flow class with slower movements and basic alignment tips to help you understand the principles and techniques of flow yoga.

Nurture yourself with this flow of postures to realign the body, refocus the mind, and bring you closer to your heart center. Reconnect with your body through alignment and awareness.
