Right now with COVID-19, live virtual classes are the best way to still meet with students and have a much needed sense of community. To help keep us all sane (myself included) I am offering weekly beginner and intermediate classes. Because many people are experiencing financial difficulties at this time all live virtual group classes are βPay what you can.β This means you pay anywhere between $1-$20 for an hour class. Whatever works best within your budget.

“Live virtual yoga class,” what does that even look like??
It’s pretty simple. I set up a Zoom video meeting for the yoga class. When you register an email is sent to you with a link to join the class. A few minutes (like 15 or so to work out the tech kinks) before class starts you click the link in the email and BOOM, you’re in the zoom meeting/yoga class! The class itself runs like a normal (for my classes :P) yoga class. We’re just all in different places. As a bonus (especially for introvert-days) you can leave your camera off and no one will even see you. You can leave your audio off too and basically become a yoga ghost. I get it. I have those days too. π
For more specifics and technical things check out the FAQ or send me a message with questions. This is all pretty new to me too, so we can figure it out together.

New opportunities
So many new experiences, new schedules, new uncertainties have been thrown at us. But I believe we are resilient. Embracing change, even temporarily, is an evolving practice. I hope I see you in these virtual classes so we can catch up and reconnect. Even if you have never taken a yoga class from me I hope to see you in my virtual classes. This can also be a great opportunity to try a yoga class and see what you think of it!
Are there any class types or days/times you would like to see on the virtual schedule? Let me know and it will probably get scheduled. I went down from ten classes a week to three, so there’s room to add more!
Until the next practice take care of yourself, wash your hands, and tell your people you love them!
