Upcoming Events

Happy New Year! I am excited for all the fun things coming up in 2020. Looking forward to the new adventures that are sure to pop up, filled with joy to continue my path as a yoga teacher, and content to see what happens next.

To get things started there are so many fun events and workshops over the next month! This weekend begins with a bang at a FREE Community Yoga Day through Still Waters Yoga on Saturday where I will be teaching a mini Yoga and Fascial Release class. The fun continues on Sunday with the premier of my Monthly Yoga to Soothe Anxiety Classes at Yogaja Yoga.

Next Saturday will be the first Candles and Yoga of the year through Perrysburg Yoga and RiverFront Candle Co. And on the first of February will be a Fascia Release Workshop at Still Waters Yoga where you can learn to roll out those tight spots in your body.

Community Yoga Day at Still Water’s Yoga

FREE Community Yoga Day at Still Waters Yoga this Saturday 1/11 from 8am-3pm! There will be so many amazing mini 40 minute yoga classes all day long! It’s a great way to check out the studio, new teachers and new classes! 

I will be teaching a Yoga and Fascia Release class from 2-2:40pm. Register ahead for classes this day, they are filling up!

Yoga to Soothe Anxiety

Fascia Release Workshop

Fascia is connective tissue that weaves throughout your entire body. It can contribute to sensations of tightness and discomfort.

In this workshop you will use massage balls integrated with simple yoga poses to release these tight spots and bring more ease and mobility into your life.

Appropriate for all abilities.

Sara Kear is an artist and yoga teacher living in Perrysburg, Ohio along the muddy and beautiful Maumee River. In her art she works with mixed metals in intricate hand cut and fabricated jewelry designs. Images in her work include nature, animals and mythological subjects. She came to yoga to help with her anxiety and depression and believes the movement, meditation and breathing practices aided her in finding both calm and joy in her life. Certified with a RYT-200 from Ashaya Yoga, her classes combine alignment based techniques, breath work and meditation with compassion and humor.
