Now Teaching at Perrysburg Yoga!

I am now teaching at the beautiful Perrysburg Yoga on West Front Street! I am so excited to join this sweet group of ladies in promoting yoga and wellness in the Perrysburg area. There are so many invigorating and heart centered practices at this studio. And there is always an awesome new event in the works.

Located at 140 West Front Street in Perrysburg, they have done an amazing job with this historic building, while keeping all of its inherent charm.

And the studio is a wonderful, calm and intimate space, perfect for adding some peace to your day.

My class, Yoga Flow and Breath will be offered Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9:00 – 10:15 am through the month of November. In December it will change to Monday and Wednesday mornings from 9:00 – 10:15 am.

Yoga Flow and Breath

Tuesday and Thursday 9:00 – 10:15 am

Enjoy a flowing class to stretch, strengthen and nurture your body, mind and heart. Begin with asana, the physical practice of yoga, to warm up your body and release any aches in your body. Continue with breathing practice to settle and calm your mind. End with a short meditation to bring focus and clarity to your heart. And finally, of course, a truly relaxing savasana. Leave class ready to continue your day with a renewed sense of calm.

I will be teaching my first class there tomorrow morning! Hope to see you there!
